Packing Needs Reviewing

The Bistro set was easy to order, a good price and delivered promptly. However, the box in which it was delivered (it is flat packed and requires self assembly) was ripped in places, so, despite not wanting to assemble it until the spring, I had to open the box to check if anything was missing. The main parts all seemed to be present (we won't find out for sure until the spring); however, as is typical with flat packed good, the nuts, bolts and washers etc. are vacuum packed on a piece of card, and this was torn open, spewing bolts and washers into the box. After several minutes of hunting through the plastic-bagged bits and the box, we managed to find most of the parts. We were only missing one bolt and four washers. I am confident that I can replace the four washers, but the bolt is not standard and would be difficult ti source. Luckily, the company included a spare bolt, it is the only spare bit supplied. I just hope this is not an indication of there being problems with thus particular bolt, thus requiring inclusion of a spare. I suppose we will find out in the spring.
